Shipping Information

Shipping
Infinity Cable products does its best to ship orders as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped out same day if they are purchased before 2:30pm Pacific Time. Anything later, no worries, we will ship it out the next Business day. If Monday is a holiday we will ship it on the following business day. We use UPS on most occasions to ship small orders, any large orders we will look to one of our experienced Freight carriers to deliver you your items. Please note delivery date is based on carrier ETA and not guaranteed, unless guaranteed service is purchased.

We do our best to make sure what we have in stock reflects on our website. On many of our items we do carry more quantities than is listed. Feel free to contact us if you are needing larger quantities and we will happily get back to you with more information.
Do You Ship Internationally
We can ship internationally. We can ship to freight forwarders as well. Please contact us ahead of time for quotes on international shipments.
What Shipping methods are available?
Our primary shipping company is UPS. We can ship your items using any shipping options such as ground, 3-day, 2nd-day, next day. We also use various freight companies to deliver larger orders. Please contact us anytime for a shipping quote.

Payment Type
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Chase, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more! We also have the option to create terms if you are a business, institution or installer. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Orders and Returns

What is our return policy?

Please call our Sales Department at (310) 327-7678 to be issued an Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the box(s). Ship all returns freight pre-paid to us at 641 E. Walnut St. Carson, CA 90746. Infinity Cable Products will pay return freight only if the returns are due to defect, damage or our error.

Upon return of the RA, we will either repair, replace, refund or issue a credit to your account. Products returned for reasons other than defect, damage or our error will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom manufactured products are not returnable for reasons other than those stated above.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
You do not need an account to place an order. You may check out without having to create an account.

How Can I Cancel An Order
If you would like to cancel an order please email us or call as soon as possible and we can cancel your order.
How Do I Track My Order
After placing an order you will be emailed a tracking number after we have shipped out your order. This link will provide you all the details regarding your order. If you by chance never received a tracking confirmation please email or call us and we'd be happy to re-send that to you.
