Our Elite Cat6A Stranded Plenum cable is 3.5mm vs 6.9mm of standard Cat6A cable. This cable is used to create patch cables between network interface cards (NICs) and wall plates or between patch panels, hubs, and other rack mounted equipment. Stranded cable is more flexible than solid cable for bends around corners and behind computers from wall jacks. Save space in and around your patch panels and networking equipment with a 28AWG cable. These cables meet ANSI/TIA-568.2-D-10 specifications. Terminate only with 28AWG RJ45s and not keystone jacks. This Cat 6A cable is perfect for your shorter runs and its bulk length makes it great for custom jobs.
Plenum rated cable is required in air ducts and ceiling installations because of its higher fire retardant ratings. Our jacket is created with the highest grade FEP material for quality assurance during and after installation. All 1000ft is packaged on a spool and is marked every two feet so you know how much length you have left. Certified, tried and tested this cable is trusted by many installers and we are sure its quality will show.
