Built with a precision engineered flexible spline, this cable helps maintain proper pair separation to reduce crosstalk and improve signal integrity without making installation difficult. The premium FEP insulation and CMP rated jacket provide excellent flame resistance and low smoke emissions, making this cable an ideal choice for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, offices, and residential installations where plenum rated cable is required.
Sweep frequency tested to 600 MHz, this cable supports 1 Gigabit Ethernet up to 328 feet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 165 feet when installed with compatible networking equipment. A: Elite cable offers Cat6 cable in two versions: Cat6 and Cat6e. Cat6e is the version with a spline. Cat6e improves on eliminating crosstalk between the pairs and providing more MHz. Cat6e cable meets ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standards.
